True or False....Summer so far

• I haven't written a blog in THREE months - True. Sort of. I start writing and then decide it's too lame to post, and scrap it.
• I love reno's - False. Since the end of May, my house has been in SOME sort of depleted state. First, my husband LIFTED (yes, I said lifted) the house to put a foundation in, there was digging, back hoeing, shifting of plans, ripping off of decks, cracking of walls-and in between all this, I was living at my Mom's, sleeping on a foamy. In my old room. Very strange.
• The weather has been superb - True. This week. False. Two weeks ago. The weather has been very very unpredictable here this summer, makes it hard to plan things!
• We've camped alot this summer - False. Although we have been out three times, and are doing a four day camping trek with our friends the Lillies and the Cyr's next week.
• I got an iPhone - True...and I love it. Even more surprising is that Calvin is in LOVE with his...he's a no technology kind of guy, so this was a huge deal for him!
• I am not myself - True. June was a very hard month, not only was I living at my Mom's, but my Dad was very very sick, and then he died 2 days after we moved back into our house. People keep asking me if I'm ok. I'm not ok. Then sometimes I am.
• We are planning on staying around BC for the next year - False. As I type, I am planning our two week winter trip to Kauai, Hawaii. We love Hawaii....if we had nothing but money, we would buy a winter house there.
• I am getting another tattoo - True. I want to get the Hawaiian flower tattooed on my back- see reason above!
• I have been a faithful exerciser this summer - False. I really need to get back on the program!
