I haven't excersised in two weeks. TRUE. I have lots of excuses but mostly b/c we were gone to Jesse's wedding and now I need to wait for Monday to start up again. Don't judge me!
I am ENOUGH. Just the way I am. TRUE. If I ever lose 30 pounds....I will be NO BETTER than I am today because I am good just the way I am! I had a revelation (way too long of a story) but I'm not going to wait any longer to just be happy with who I am because it's such a waste of time. I have a life to live!
I love the busyness of December. FALSE. This year is going to be very busy because I am in the community Christmas production, and all my girls are in it to....so from December 3rd to the 14th, our lives will be full of dress rehersals, technical rehersals AND performances. I like the performances but of course, since the choir is not the only thing I have to do all December, it usually feels like it's piling up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Side note-I do however, LOVE Christmas)
I wish we had a baby at home. FALSE. Another kind of revelation for me.....I really like having a 5 year old and an 8 and 9 year old. I like the freedom that comes with going on a trip and not having to worry about bottles, naps, diapers, playpens, changes of clothes and sleeplessness. Now, please, if you have a baby, I'm not trying to insult you. I love babies...I had three of them! I'm just done my time and really like being onto the next phase!
I have to wear slippers when I'm at home. TRUE. I hate cold feet...I know this is random but I just can't live without my sheepskin slippers!
I'm happy it snowed like 15 cms today. TRUE. It was very hard to start thinking about Christmas when the grass was still green!!!! (The weather forcast is calling for sunny weather and plus 8 in like two days....where am I living????????)
I have all my Christmas cards done. FALSE. That's right friends who know me...it's November 14th and I haven't even cracked open my address book!
I'm happy it's friday. TRUE! Calvin's home at 3:30 today, and he's on two weeks of afternoons starting monday, which means that we get EVERY afternoon together..... noon until 3. No kids. You figure out what we'll do!

I wish I liked slippers b/c it would leave way less footprint marks on my floors but I just LOVE barefeet.

I've decided that I will stop dressing like a slob and wait to dress nicer when I have lost the weight and just learn to dress nice with the body I have now. I need to live in the moment.
I hate barefeet on my cold floors too. I always have to have my slippers on-even in the summer.
We did like the new 'Bond' movie, the action was good and Daniel Craig was YUMMY but some friends went with us and said they liked Casino Royale better....
I felt like it was worth the 8 bucks!!!
And...Simone...you're SO right...why wait until you lose the weight...you're gorgeous now and I know from personal experience that when I dress better and do my make-up, I feel better!
Maybe Pastor Murray will use you as examples because you are so diligent with your devotions.
