Alright you three faithful readers...here's a quick catch up on what's goin' on around here...
Fact. My four year old daughter started reading this week. Actually reading. Like sounding out words and reading books. She is such a keaner...seriously, she wants to go to school SO badly..but she's stuck doing 'pre-k' work books with me for 9 more months...
Fact. Calvin and I are meeting up with our best friends Hugh and Heather in Calgary to celebrate Heather's 30th birthday. We leave December 7th and fly from here...SANS kids. We're going to a Stuart Maclean 'Vinyl Cafe' show, dinner and we're staying at a swanky hotel! I CAN NOT WAIT to see them AND to get to meet their new baby. We're making this an annual thing....Heather and I are 'kindred spirits', she just knows me......and Calvin and Hugh share a passion...for X box.
Fiction. High Canadian dollar is good news. WRONG. Terrible for almost all of BC or any province that relies on exporting to the U.S. If one more person says they are so excited to buy a cheap sweater from Land's End, I'll SCREAM!!!! GET EDUCATED PEOPLE!
Fact. Calvin and I are leaving in 7 weeks for our Hawaiian Cruise 10 year anniversary celebration. ALOHA.
Fact. It has snowed more than 10 cms at least 3 times here and has melted each time. Perfect.
Fact. I got a 'Victoria Beckham' hair cut. (AND I LOVE IT).
Fact. I tried a new drink at Starbucks (Gingerbread Latte) and LIKED it.
Fact. I tried a Cinnamon Dolce Latte at Starbucks and almost vomited.
Fact. I should stick with my decaf grande 2 and a half pump white mocha americano. $2.92 if you bring your own mug. RIGHT ON.
Fiction. I'm excited it's Monday tomorrow because that means I get to run on my treadmill.

Thanks for keeping us in the "know" and giving us the straight facts. Love the new hair and glad things are going well for you guys. I am sure you guys are looking forward to your two get aways in your near future. Thanks for drink advice for the next time I stop by Starbucks..i will be sure to stay away from any drinks that may cause vomiting! hehe...
